  • Delivery occurs within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery is deemed complete once digital instructions or confirmation materials have been sent to the customer’s provided email address.

3. Payments and Billing

If a subscription plan is selected, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time by contacting info@mydeviceally.net. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
